At Cal-Ore Produce, there's nothing more important to us than making sure you have absolutely nothing to worry about when you eat our potatoes. That's why we go out of our way to be in accordance with multiple standards of food safety to make sure that throughout the entire process of planting to harvest to packing, there's no chance of any contamination of your food. Plus, we figure that with your mind at ease you can focus on enjoying a delicious meal with our potatoes all the more!

GAP and Harmonized GAP

Overseen by the USDA, GAP (Good Agricultural Practices) and Harmonized GAP are comprehensive inspection programs that delve into every aspect of food safety during the growing process from pre-planting to post-harvest. All of our growers are in compliance with either GAP or Harmonized GAP Food Safety Standards, ensuring that all of our potatoes are grown in the safest conditions possible.
