Dear Valued Customer,
Since our inception in 1976, Cal-Ore Produce has evolved
from a small number of Family Farms in Tulelake, California,
to a large group of Family Farms throughout the Klamath
Basin. For more than 25 years, this company has worked
to continually improve our agricultural practices and
our packing methods. From the beginning, we've always
worked to be the Best.
Whether we're a grower or a packer, a retailer or
a food service, a wholesaler or a jobber, we share a
common thread: all of us want to provide our customers
with a safe, highly dependable product. Product Reliability
and Food Safety have become the mantra of the industry.
In order to demonstrate our determination to attain
the highest mark for a Grower/Packer/Shipper in the
Potato Industry, Cal-Ore Produce has taken this opportunity
to set a new standard of confidence.
With this book, we've documented the steps we've taken
to insure our customers that the potatoes we grow and
pack are not only of the highest quality, but also the
safest. We feel confident that our product is the Best….from
